Annual Report

According to Section 4C of the Economic Development Act of 1979, all economic development corporations are required to submit to the State of Texas an annual report providing a statement of the corporation's primary economic development objectives, a statement of the corporation's total revenues during the preceding fiscal year, a statement of the corporation's total expenditures during the preceding fiscal year, a list of the corporation's capital assets, and any other information the State Comptroller requires. At its regular meeting on May 24, 2011, the TEDC Board of Directors approved the 2010-2011 Annual Report.
